Hello, simple yori family,
I have been traveling Korea after
uploading the overnight oatmeal video.
Temperatures have dropped
and fall has come suddenly.
I bought a lot of rolled oats to
make overnight oatmeal last time,
So today I'm using the same rolled oats to make granola.
It can be served as a topping for your yogurt,
but I also like to eat them as itself for a healthy snack.
I often struggled with indigestion, so
I started taking probiotics every night,
as well as eating yogurt for breakfast.
After doing this for a while,
I noticed that my indigestion has improved a lot.
Moreover, I can eat all kinds of nutritional nuts and seeds
That may not be included in my daily diet.
