*Watercolor is an alchemical medium - colors mixing with water, joining with it, being extended by it - creating new life where none had been before* !! ~ Beautiful and Incredible Farm Landscape with Snowfall.

Oh my gosh! I can't believe my question got answered! I thought it was gonna be lost on the ocean of questions. This literally made my day! Thank you so much for the advice, mister Shibasaki!
It's pretty interesting to see how the gray colours that we normally see as drab outside get so much more, vibrant when painted and taken inside and contrasted with the colours indoors. I love the end product!

A great way to wake up, I’ve never seen rice fields in winter so it’s interesting they turn ocher in color. I really enjoy this painting, and how you handle both your back grounds and the mixture of gradients. Have a lovely rest of the day everyone.
Winter scenes have always been off-putting to me because of the lack of colour. But there really is a lot of colour there, isn't there? It's really surprising!

I am not that good at painting, but I enjoy your videos, Mister Shibasaki, because they are really entertaining and they teach me many things about watercolor that I didn't really know before, you are an amazing teacher. Truly, one of the greatest creators out here on KZbin.
The scratching gives some very good effects. Thank you for drawing my attention to that.

I really love watching this technique! Often when I paint over a sketch, I find myself more coloring in the sketch than actually painting with texture. This gave me inspiration for my next piece! Thank you!

This was such a pleasure to watch. As a watercolor artist, I actually am not typically a fan of loose, traditional style paintings; however, watching the way you blocked out shapes, added textures and emphasized color in a bleak landscape setting was really inspiring. I also really appreciate, not only the composition of your piece, but the composition of your video! It was very cute and entertaining! Wonderful job!! 🤩 Edit: I'm also a beginner in learning Japanese so it's cool to combine my favorite medium and listening comprehension for a language I'm learning!
