[RECIPE]
Ingredients
5 cups of LA rib broth (1 L), 300 g of Ulgari cabbage,
1/2 scallion, a pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon clear soy sauce, 1 tablespoon miso paste
Red pepper seasoning)
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce,
1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 tablespoon cooking oil
Preparation
1. Trim and clean the Ulgari cabbage, then add salt (1 teaspoon) to the boiling water. Blanch them lightly, rinse them in cold water and cut them into 6cm long slices.
2. Mix the ingredients to make chili oil.
3. Put the Ugeoji(cooked Ulgari cabbage) in a bowl and stir in the miso and chili oil
4. Put the LA rib broth in a pot and bring to a boil, then add the seasoned Ugeoji and cover and simmer for 10 minutes
5. Add the sliced scallion and cook for a while more to finish.
How to make chili oil
1. Mix 1 tablespoon of red pepper flakes, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, and 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce.
2. Put 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a pan and turn off the heat when it is hot.
3. With the heat off, add 1 red pepper seasoning and stir-fry.
