He uses informal language with some honorific words. Which is quite normal and acceptable. Even though you are in a relationship, you can’t change that Arthit is Kongs senior and is older. Kong can’t use the same words to him that he uses with his friends. He is not referring to Arthit as Khun and used formal language so everything is fine^^
