I would focus most of my time on the table along with full body training for strength and power. I absolutely love heavy weighted false grip pull-ups on rings and heavy weighted ring bicep curls with all grips. Bicep curls on rings seriously develop that top end bicep locking strength that barbell curls simply can’t match. I also think prehab and rehab should be done everyday like stretching biceps and forearms and pay close close attention to building strong scapular strength and external work as well since arm wrestling is so internally driven.

its from the video i made about him, unfortunatelly i dont have the song saved anymore and i gave the video to him to upload it on his channel, so i dont think he put the name of the song in the description...but if you go to his channel the full song is in the video
