Janis' explanation of the problem I have when I pull guys with stronger wrists was great; essentially, my pronator gives out and my wrist gets taken even though I'm able to produce a lot of back-pressure.

@lucpilon14 жыл бұрын
It’s funny i literally just found out this week that this is my weak point. I’ve been wondering why I’ve been getting turned like that. It’s my weakest link. I’ll be doing static holds to stop rotation and way more isolated wrist pronation. I find in a full chain movement of pronation with side pressure or back pressure I’m stronger but just rotation with the wrist is weak as hell!

Maybe I'm just a wimp, but how do you stop the belt from hurting your hand? I use a karate belt, and it's uncomfortable in your hand from the pressure where the belt sits, with 25kg, my hand wouldn't be able to take much more let alone 50kg+. What kind of belt do you use? Thanks. You have the best training vids!!!

We use different belts. Sometime we use gloves or pad it with towel. But mostly we just suck it up.
