Engine Management, VSC & TRC Faults Showing on Toyota Celica 1.8 T-Sport 190

This is my 2004 Toyota Celica T-Sport 1.8 VVTI-I 190BHP model.
These dash lights randomly appeared on my dash when I started the car up after work. The car its self drove completely fine no misfiring, juddering etc. so I took the car to the garage to be plugged into the diagnostic machine two find that two error codes were found however after doing research online this seems to be a common issue with various Toyota models however this is known to be nothing major and doesn't cause the car to respond any differently unless something has completely broken. I had these codes cleared and drove the car for a week and i have had no further issue's which probably means the car has just picked up a slight malfunction somewhere but nothing actually wrong with the car.
i have also ordered two O2 Sensors just incase they are going faulty and also had my brakes looked at by the garage but nothing seemed to be wrong.

I don't own the car anymore unfortunately as I needed to buy a diesel for work purposes, I do 1000 Miles a month now lol

any update on this after clearing the code? just got the same errro today but can’t clear the code until tomorrow

Hello I don't actually have this car anymore however I changed both Lambda sensors as they were completly damaged and then got the car plugged back in to have the codes cleared and I never had a problem after that. Another person I know has all three lights on the dash still and can't find what the hell it is that is keeping them on! he's tried replacing multiple sensors and still no joy. It's strange as the car drives completely fine like mine did, must be a common Toyota electrical issue with them or something. I hope you can get your car sorted easily, definitely try changing those Lambda sensors as that sorted mine out think it cost me £90 if i remember rightly 👍

@@RotaryandRides thank you for the very swift reply! it looks like a common issue on the platform unfortunately. most people needed to clean their EGR- so for now i’m going to clear the code. next weekend i’ll get the EGR cleaned and if it comes back i’ll go with the sensors as your recommended. £90 stings but i’d hate to have to drive a different car 😅

@nuclear pistachio no problem, what you can also do is buy a OBD reader for £12 off ebay which you can plug in yourself and keep knocking the lights off the dash, that way you don't waste money by paying a garage everytime to knock them off for you. Thanks for the link to the OBD reader. Had the same error pop up so going to sort it. Everything else is running fine.

Did you change the lambe sensors and have the lights come back on? My GTs lights have come on too.
