Great video really. I finally have a good vision of this operation. Wasn't so clear on other videos I watched. And thanks for comparing with the 986 since it's the car that I have.

I did this job yesterday you can do this with the hoses in and you can also get that 5th bolt out and re use it. You need to drop the engine down and take out the two bolts holding the rubber mount prior to removal! Great video tho both ways work anyway!

Very kind, and very helpful 🙏💪🫡 How did you get the two bolts connecting the rubber mount to the bracket? Did you use a regular ratchet? Asking for those reading this in the future, and for a curious friend.

@@RuslanVideoFilms used a ratchet with an extension and a spanner on the nut side fairly tight but with the engine dropped down at the front you can just about do it! It’s not easy on a gravel drive at home in the uk but you can do it! I will do the gearbox ones next you done yours yet? Great videos keep up the good content very useful for other ppl!

@@Jonathan-qz9kd thanks for sharing, and nope, also a to-do! 💪 I haven’t felt the need to yet with almost 100,000 miles because I think mine are still in good condition because there’s two of them and not one like the engine mount, the weight is distributed better across those two in the back IMO

@@RuslanVideoFilms yeah mine seem ok also not sure how you know if they are worn apart from leaking around the mount!
