Crossing the bar on the way back in from Montague Island where we'd spent the morning fishing. There was a nor'easter blowing, the swell was from the north east and it was a run out tide from the inlet so a lot of standing waves through the walls.
As I pull the power off, Wilfreds' engine stalls and we are sitting ducks for what seemed like an eternity. If a swell had have come through we would have gone for an expensive swim - luckily the engine caught and we got going again.
