1500Hp on a 6.7 would make easily over 2000ft.lbs of torque. That is astonishing

Question is: Why begin with a DIESEL, when you want to put it in the truck with the lowest gearing from default? Even tuned 5 trpm is very very plenty for a Cummins. In this application a turbo gas engine would make more sense, with the expected 7 or more rpm the truck can make advantage of the high reduction. with the gearing WHEEL TORQUE ( NOT engine!) is already more than enough. remember wheel torque =what drives your wheels = engine (2000NM) x gearing (4:1 in frist gear) x diff (2,9:1) x reduction (1,9:1)! you see: the engine torque is NOT that relevant.

Untill you change engine and gearbox you cannot make it luxury like rubicon. First remove bump which consume all space between passenger seats second you need to fix doors like rubicon jeep. If you do you can make it world, s perfect suv
