@@sagepuppet Funny enough the getting up animation is, in fact, made by Valve. You can find it in use on Gordon's HL: Alyx model in clips from other SFM/S2FM animators. One example I can think of off the top of my head is "The Highest Bidder" by Sepko. It's a back view, but it's definitely the same animation.

I don’t know if it’s placebo or something, but S2FM does seem easier to use. Also he’s using motion capture so that’s probably why it’s so smooth.
