By far one of the most exciting road projects in Jamaica currently. Such a comprehensive video on the Perimeter Road project so far, and I love your attention to detail. I can really tell you are a bona fide tour guide, you've been so thorough and directive throughout the video ^^ I also like how workers are giving you info as well as access. Slowly authorities are beginning to realize that coverage on projects like this allows the public to witness that their country is really developing I understand that drainage work is also being done within the city, so yeah; it's safe to say Montego Bay is really getting some nice development ^-^

Appreciate the feedback and thanks for stopping by. It is a great project for this side of the island and will attract a lot of visitors to this side of Montego Bay.

I've learnt so much from all these road construction videos. Thanks for making them. Jamaica has so much natural resources to build its own road infrastructure. I never knew that Jamaica had so much marl. All the contractors has to do is dig deposits from one location, then use that material to backfill and raise the road levels at another location.
@BrownBossJaTours Жыл бұрын
Yes Jamaica is rich in natural resources. Hopefully we don’t over use them, but houses are going up everyday and the landscape is changing. Soon we will have little to no greenery.
@nfn4 Жыл бұрын
@@BrownBossJaTours The removal of greenery is also cause for concern.

I wonder how many minutes this highway will cut out going to Negril Like about 20-30 mins??

Imagine not going through Howard Cooke Blvrd or Barnett Street, considering traffic. It will save a lot of time.

Just waiting on you to master the drone and for them to get to the point of allowing you to fly it.
@BrownBossJaTours Жыл бұрын
This drone is not a good one, so hopefully in the future I can get one that has gyro axis to keep steady in the air. They kinda expensive so I am just taking my time. Will just use this one to take pics in the sky.

Not to nit pick but the name of the river is The Montego River.
@BrownBossJaTours Жыл бұрын
Yes, but in the area the locals call it Barnett River and even on the map it has Barnett River.

New to your channel. Why cant they build a bridge over the river rather than re direct the river. Leave nature alone.
@BrownBossJaTours Жыл бұрын
That is what I was wondering, but that is what the work men told me.
@raeferwilson2599 Жыл бұрын
Studies were done and it was shown that redirecting the river would cause less ecological disruption
