Tonga & Samoa got absolutely spanked in their respective tournaments. Both teams will have to improve immensely for next years Pacific Cup. They got to be like the KIWIS! Tonga & Samoa are similar to how the Kiwis were 10 years ago, they just need good halves pairings with a solid spine. Once that happens they will be beating Aus, NZ, & England on a regular basis.
