for anyone who didn't quite get what she meant by "Thank You, Oh hey , my name, it kind of sounds like that" it is a Japanese pun. There are multiple ways to pronounce the number 39. they are 1. Miku 2. San-Kyu (Which literally means "Three Nine!") and also Juby translated it as Long good-bye but "Hajime-mashite" direct translation means "Long time no see" Which also is referenced to from her name.
