Have you seen Ar nosurge on the PS3? It's not directly part of this series, but it has the same sort of feel, positively amazing music, and some of Origa's final works.

@@NazoKiyoubinbou Its a prequel set like 800-900 years before Melody of Elemia. Shurelia appears as a kid.

There's the 3rd Ar Tonelico but I think its garbo, 80 % of the game it's full of fan service

We deserve an actually good Ar Tonelico game

Just playing the Ar Tonelico series for the first time. The lyrics of the hymns are absolutely beautiful

The more chorusy sections are epic. Very cool textures.

I like comparing your translations to Zamaba's. It depeens my understanding of the song and that makes it even more powerful

I regret that I played Ar Tonelico 2 before 1 and when I got to Mir's cosmosphere I didn't try nearly as hard as I should have. I really didn't like her -- or at least the persona she presents -- but then after playing the first I realized she truly has reasons to be so hurt and broken inside. Someday I mean to go back to this game properly, but it has been so hard for me to do so for various reasons. Sadly, I know her cosmosphere was completely controlled and wouldn't truly break through those psychological barriers, but no doubt one still learns so much more about the real person along the way. I never could get into Ar tonelico 3, but someday I'm going to force myself just to get the rest of the story.

i played in the right order (starting from AT 1) yet i still consider her as "mm~ okay" when i played AT2 eventhough i know the story about her since the beginning. i even played the game twice and i still keep choosing the same reyvateil lol 😅 i had to watch other playthrough to know her ending

@@AgehaLady Oh I don't particularly like Mir. She has good reason to be the way she is, but... she still is the way she is. I regret only that I didn't find out more.

In a world after Nier Automata, I still remember the OG franchise that made music in this style. Criminally overlooked and unfortunately might be seen as too "insensitive" for today's audience. Ah well, I still have my copy.

Tell me you don't understand AT2 while acting like you do
@seafoam6119 Жыл бұрын
@@aliceangl3563 honestly, Luca and Cloche are both 'insensitive' characters that could really shock some people, seeing as people either love of hate them. They took the risk and pulled out all the stops for the two and I think it makes them really interesting characters.
@aliceangl3563 Жыл бұрын
@@seafoam6119 I felt like they were well characterized with each other, not well characterized in relation to Croix. As for "Insensitive", I haven't the foggiest what you mean by that.

Thanks :) By the way, which one do you mean by "Zamaba's translation", the Japanese version or the English one? I just wonder...

It's been five years and I never saw this. Unfortunately I've only studied Japanese for 8 months now so I can't grasp the meaning just yet, but the music in the Ar Tonelico series is so good it's stuck with me for all these years.

Depending on the encoder I do know that for some there is a use "Full Range" for the colors (At least in my h264 there is) OR use a specific color space. D: I dunno if that will help or not. :3 Awesome video.

This song slaps so hard, but I cannot listen to it without thinking of Naruto. It's a phenomenal sample, but goddamn did Naruto get me good as a kid...
