Why don't we use an article "a" in the sentense " I'm eating pizza "?

Because you are eating more that one slice of pizza. “a pizza” is singular and “pizza” is plural

It depends on the context. Pizza can be countable or uncountable, so in the sentence " I eat pizza" , the word pizza is uncountable, it means that the person ate, but the quantity isn't relevant, what is relevant is the action. When you say "I eat a pizza" the word pizza becomes countable, then you are emphasizing the quantity you ate. In general, If you say " I ate a pizza" people will understand that you ate a whole one.

I am English. I hope everyone here understands that English grammar is not important. It is NICE to know but not as important as vocabulary. No one laughs at grammar that is not correct. That is the best thing about English. You can say " I eat pizza" instead of "I am eating pizza" and "yesterday I eat pizza" instead of "yesterday I ate pizza" and its fine. It is a useful tool for understanding us, but its actually expected that a foreign person's grammar will be incorrect. many time the English use grammar incorrectly too! I admire you all.
