This is the best video explanation I ever come across. I believe there are so many students out there who find it so hard to understand grammar. But thanks to you. You made it simple enough to be understood. You are resourceful blessing indeed. God bless your heart. Looking forward for more of your videos.

I have a question. How can I know if it modifies a noun or a verb? I am still confused with how Infinitives as a adjective and adverb, differ from each other. Thank you

Ask yourself the adverb questions: what, where, how or why… if you can answer the question with the infinitive you have your answer. Why is mom going to the store? To buy dinner.

5:04 isn't the subject is who performs the action, which in this case was joe, irrespective of the fact that you articulate book as the sentence's subject.
@sadaqatnaveed63842 жыл бұрын
Yes book is object and act as a noun so "to read " is modifying a noun so it is adjective

You know, your lessons are great but why do you need the music to distract? We want to hear you speak, not listen to music. Please, take my advice and remove the music. Just imagine you are in a class and the teacher is explaining something. Do you want music in the background? All said, I really like your lessons minus the music.
