to eat -present infinitive; to have eaten - past infinitive. the infinitive does change according to tense or voice.

Ask yourself the adverb questions: what, where, how or why… if you can answer the question with the infinitive you have your answer. Why is mom going to the store? To buy dinner.

I think you made a mistake in" Joe wants a book to read". A book is the object and " to read" is not an adjective. The proper sentence is" Joe wants to read a book".

5:04 isn't the subject is who performs the action, which in this case was joe, irrespective of the fact that you articulate book as the sentence's subject.

You know, your lessons are great but why do you need the music to distract? We want to hear you speak, not listen to music. Please, take my advice and remove the music. Just imagine you are in a class and the teacher is explaining something. Do you want music in the background? All said, I really like your lessons minus the music.
