They tried to speak with priest in old polish. It's like talk with a pastor by using KJV Bible language.

8:55 Ksiądz (Priest) and Książę (Prince) have similiar declination and pronounciation. Ksiądz, księdza, księdzu, księdza, z księdzem, o księdzu, księże! Książę, księcia, księciu, księcia, z księciem, o księciu, książę! He says a word-play 'Co będę księcia fatygował' which means 'I won't bother the prince'. 😅

Yes, she tries to use old language like from an old Bible. Imagine like speaking "thou" instead of "you" and so on. That' why she adds unnecessary "zh" (ż) sounds at the end of words.

Unfortunetely, this sketch is not for foreigners. To be fully understandable it schould be translated with use of some Oldenglish words, but im not even sure if Brits like to play with their language by making riddles or word formation games with medieval vertion of it.

The translation (and explanatiion) that Volksdeutsch shows hatred towards Germans is a bit inappropriate. (Wiki) After Germany occupied western Poland, it established a central registration bureau, called the German People's List (Deutsche Volksliste, DVL), whereby Poles of German ethnicity were registered as Volksdeutsche. The German occupants encouraged such registration, in many cases forcing it or subjecting Poles of German ethnicity to terror assaults if they refused. Those who joined this group were given benefits including better food, as well as a better social status. During the war and in later years, "Volksdeutsch" was a synonym for "traitor". Just like the UB after the war, i.e. someone who worked for the security services completely subordinated to the Soviet Union. Such people were also perceived by society as national traitors. Hence the combination "UB Volksdeutsch" is very sharp, so sharp that it's funny.

The Germans encouraged people to sign the Volksdeutsche (Volksliste) in the entire occupied Poland - and not only in western Poland. Don't write stupid nonsense. It was enough to have a German grandfather or grandmother for the Germans to encourage you to sign such a list (and you did not have to have any connections with German culture) - here the Germans drew the so-called blood law... In Warsaw, Krakow, Kielce and many other places in Poland there lived many people who had a German grandfather or great-great-grandfather. But many of these Poles (most) refused the Germans. They rarely encountered negative consequences for this reason. Too many people said "no". My grandfather refused (after checking the municipal archives in Warsaw, the Germans sent proposals to sign the Volksliste to tens of thousands of people in Warsaw, often from old Warsaw families). My grandfather was, in fact, a well-known hero of the anti-German resistance movement in Poland, an officer of the Home Army and fought in the Warsaw Uprising. This is why Poles believed that only traitors and cowards signed the Volksliste: because those who did not sign it were not particularly punished for refusing. As a result, they were simply treated like the rest of Poles - that is, cruelly. In the western part of Poland, incorporated directly into the Third Reich, it was different. There they forced people to become "second-class German citizens" and the consequences of refusing were much worse.

Rydzyk is a priest who is the owner of Radio “Maryja” - catholic radio station well known all over the Poland mainly listens by grandmas. What ever he would say in his radio his followers will do and believe. He is very respected by those who listen to his radio. The other part (younger) of population dislikes (or don’t mind him) him because they know very well how strongly he manipulates elders. It can be visible through out how people in Poland vote over the years. He has his own political agenda and contributes from donations and as a church organisation is free from paying taxes.
