This editorial is based on "Hate crime and punishment". According to me , Government should take some steps for staying the hate crimes. Hate crimes is rapidly increasing day by day which is working to provoke the violence . As a result ,A chemist Umesh kolhe from Madhya Pradesh was stabbed by three persons for retaliation on sharing post in the support of Nupur Sharma ' s comments on the prophet . It's same as we have seen some days ago at Udaipur in Rajasthan , A tailor was stabbed by some person to support Nupur Sharma ' s comments on prophet . Probing is being done by National Investigation agency. Those persons have been caught and should be strict punishment for offence . State and Union government should try to make fraternity among the people who belong to various castes. Government should follow the rule of law .

Good evening sir, Today’s motivational quote is “A negative mind will never give you a positive life.” Editorial is related to increasing crime rate across the country due to hate speech. In my opinion:- The constitution of India gives right to freedom of speech and expression to all the citizens of the country but nowadays some of the people those who always involve in doing illegal activities against the country are taking advantage of it and hurting religious sentiments due to which riots are taking place frequently across the country these days. It is true that there is no provision for considering hate crimes as an offence in current norms but it has become a serious concern and now time has come to consider it as a heinous crime and stringent provisions must be formulated by the ruling government in consultation with state governments on priority so that such crimes could be curbed. Recently, two incidents happened in Rajasthan and Maharashtra respectively and culprits those were allegedly involved in the brutal murder have been arrested. However, it is believed that the arrested people have admitted that they killed as both of them were upholding the comments on the prophet which was given by Nupur Sharma, a suspended spokesperson of the BJP. At present, both incidents are being proved by the National Investigation Agency. Generally, when such incidents happen, stern action must be taken against the culprits by the concerned agencies as the Judiciary takes too much time. Sometimes, it has been seen that they are granted bail easily which somewhere creates problem to the victims. In fact, these cases must be dealt under the Fast Track Court so that victims could get justice soon. After that muslim have decided to spur violence in the country and murdered each and every person who support of Nupur Sharma. Following this a week ago in rajisthan tailor kanhaiya lal was murdered and same happened in MP chemist Umesh was murdered. This incident shows that if Any community's people want to spread hate, violence, Unbihavoir, misunderstanding, they have elbow room to do this. India is such country where every justice has given by low & Constitutional provision. I think Many people have not believe in rules of low so that they do such crimes. If indian government is not competence to prevent such activities, it will very poisonous to the dignity of the country in the world. It will break down economic prosperity and show the Emmbarasment of the government in friendly countries. So government should take strik decision to curb these intolerance, violence so that the peace of the country may arrive as soon as possible, and come back the brotherhood of country's people.
