@@saeidcyppp6293 This is an excellent question. I'm sorry that I just saw it now. It's both. You'll need to pronounce the first L in the back of your mouth, but you'll need to anchor the tip of your tongue behind your upper front teeth for the second L, so I should actually be a little easier that just a simple dark L, since you have an obvious place to put your tongue tip.

@EnglishWithAccentCoachNicole, I know this is an older video but I looked it up because of a class I'm taking where I have to say the word "module." Most of my classmates, who are mostly native American English speakers, pronounce it as two syllables (/ˈmäjo͞ol/) instead of /ˈmäjo͞oəl/ or /ˈmäjo͞ouhl/, and I'm so confused. Is it a regional difference? We're on the east coast.

Hi Nicole, please make a video about dark L when it comes before ing like telling or killing and so on, it's difficult to say it without the tong touch the roof of your mouth, isn't it?

Thanks for the suggestion. My next video is a Dark L & Syllabic L video. Good news for you: you can use a regular or light L for the word telling, killing, etc. since the L is beginning a new syllable beginning with a vowel: "ling" like in the word "linguist". You do touch the roof of your mouth for these.

Primary stress is on the first syllable. The first O is a Long O like in home. The second O is a short O like in mom. You can find videos on the long and short O on my channel if you'd like some more info.

You are saying "mod ju well" which is still incorrect for American English. it is "Mod jule or jool" like the energy metric Joule. When you talk about a Christmas Yule log, you are pronouncing it "yool" not "yoo el". The module ends in the same ule. This is why the American accent is often just mispronunciation normalized! the word is written how it's pronounced.
