Hi Jambo. When starting an English channel on YT there's so much competition that you need to stick to a particular niche (in my case pronunciation). Once the channel is established, you can then look at the other areas of English. So that's my plan and grammar lessons will feature in the future. However, do you have any particular issues I could help you with now? ❤️ Love & 🕊Peace. Liz

@@EnglishwithLiz yes teacher , i have many questions about grammar , perhaps the most famous of them is what is the real function of ( too) in the sentence because too made me go crazy and also are the participle clauses used a lot in language ? peace and love jambo 😘
@EnglishwithLiz2 жыл бұрын
@@jambo112savoia2 Participle clauses are most often used in written texts, such as fiction, rather than in our day-to-day speech. They add more detail and meaning to the sentence, which is useful for written texts. They also tend to be perceived as formal, which is why they aren't used in spoken language as often as they are in written texts. More on to, too and two later😁
@jambo112savoia22 жыл бұрын
@@EnglishwithLiz too later ??? ok 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣i'll go crazy then

Hi Jambo To’ is used to show motion, eg "I’m going to the shop." ‘Too’ means ‘also’ or ‘extremely’, eg "I would like to come too but I'm too tired." ‘Two’ means the number 2, eg "Let’s buy two apples." I hope this stops you going crazy 🤣

@EnglishwithLiz Жыл бұрын
That's wonderful that you are teaching your son phonics as it's so much easier to learn at that age. You are quite right, all natives just learn how a word is pronounced, but how does an English learner know what's right or wrong? They learn the Phonemic chart, both the symbols and the sounds, and then can always check the pronunciation by looking up the phonemic transcription of a word. This video explains more kzbin.info/www/bejne/g5Kllqapat6aj9E . I'm also just making a video on a beginners guide on how to transcribe words, so watch out for that. Love❤️ & 🕊Peace. Liz
