Hi Phuong, I have given this a bit of thought - this is very hard to answer because the question is so general. The value created depends on what the specific goal of the mentoring is. For instance if the mentoring improves a manager's skills and approach and that manager then got an extra 10% out if their team as a result, you could do a rough calculation. Mentoring is usually very valuable where you have the right pairing and both parties are keen to learn.
