Fun With Calisthenics

Күн бұрын

Push-ups and Pull-ups is where my calisthenics journey started. Pull-ups have remained my main focus, and I’ve learnt to love them. Being able to recover from an intense workout quickly, means you can get back to training again quicker without risk of injury.

I’m looking forward to your videos, I’m 55 and just started training towards my first Muscle Up, I can do 7 pull ups so far. Well done in your achievements so far, it really is inspiring.

Thanks Paul, appreciate the comment. Can’t help wondering if it would be possible to do a muscle up while hanging underneath your helicopter 😂😂😂

You look leaner than a few weeks ago. Maybe it is your T-shirt that fits better. Great workout. I need to give this a try.

very impressive, well done. I have a question, and I apologise in advance if it's silly, but why do you do the pull-ups with the wall behind you and not facing it?
@funwithcalisthenics

Haha good question. Two reasons, the view is better for me, and I always try and face the camera so to make a better video for you guys. So you can see my facial expressions.

Nutrition really is vitally important, but not plants and carbs. All the body needs is amino acids, fatty acids, vitamins and minerals. Eat beef. It has everything you need without the toxins.
