I enjoyed watching every part of your Vlog, even the Pig Cafe Those piglets really loved your mother, and so do I! Thanks for sharing 🥰🥰

Thanks so much! I'm glad you enjoyed it. It was difficult editing the clips of the pigs because I found myself repeatedly just watching and enjoying instead of editing it. 😅

So wonderful ♥️!! My mom unfortunately had no interest in visiting me when I was in Japan 💔, but I am soooo blessed to see in your video that your mother went to visit with family and spent quality time 🥲 🙏🏼.

This is heartwarming. Your mom is so adorable! This reminds me of my mom coming to visit me when I lived in Berlin years ago, and me taking her on tour both to see local things, and in other countries as well. It's so terrific when the person is open to new experiences. My mom was, and yours clearly is as well. Well done, you! ❤

Yeah like those documentary shows MTV had. I'm not sure if they still do those. I haven't watched MTV in forever. Enim's are nicely edited though.

This is a beautiful gift that you gave your mom. It was wonderful watching her take in Japan. I like that you had plans for her throughout her trip. I'm glad that her foot didn't stop her enjoyment.

My daughter, her travel buddy and I were supposed to visit Japan in 2020 but then Covid hit. We now plan to go in February. And she’s paying for it. Yay! I’m a little apprehensive which is how I usually am before I travel. This video warmed my heart and reminded me so much of my daughter and I and our adventures together. This was sooo nice.

I like how you have activities every day for your Mom to try. I'm sure it was a memorable experience that you both will treasure. That view from the tower is amazing and the waterfall...so beautiful! Of course, it's probably better in person. This vlog is giving me more ideas of things to do when I visit. I need to try yakiniku next time when I visit another asian restaurant. Is the beef usually seasoned with anything?
@EnimsLifeinJapan Жыл бұрын
Thank you always, FreeSpirit88. :) In my excitement for my mom to see everything, I think I planned too much in a short amount of time. I forgot that we don't walk even half as much in America like we do in Japan. I hope the upcoming vlogs give you more ideas too. :) In my experience, the meat isn't usually seasoned at all. After grilling the meat yourself, you can dip it in "yakiniku" sauce or salt.

Yea, it was funny! Her body language was showing me how much she didn't want to go before we went. 🤣 She had a good time though. Yesssss! Let's reach 100k subs this year! :)

Wow you folks are so gung ho and didnt let anything stop you! Awesome your mom was able to see someone for her foot and it helped! Cool Oriental Pearl with you folks at the pig cafe! We got to go to the Mipig in Harajuku and that was more fun than I thought it would be. We enjoyed Nikko too when we went but wow never got to see that waterfall! Also been to Yokohama this past trip but never went up Landmark Tower my son doesnt like heights. Tokyo Tower and Kyoto Tower was plenty heights for him for a life time lol! Asakusa and Ueno are our regular spots but we always love to see what other people do and see! Cant wait to see the rest of your moms adventures! Thanks for taking us along! Aloha 🤙🏽😊

I also live in Japan, and I enjoyed this vlog so much that I've decided to subscribe. My mom has been long gone, but I think she would have loved visiting here. I'm looking forward to more of your offerings. Thanks! I came back to add--and we're both Black and from Baltimore--sugoi desuyo! Of course I'm 72 and I doubt you're yet to hit 27 (hantai)... LOL

I hear that same thing wherever I go. When I ask people here in Japan if they want to go to the US I hear, "I really want to go to the US but I'm afraid of the guns." 😅 I've heard similar things in regards to going to Peru, Morocco, and the Philippines. I recommend just going for it. We all end up in the same place regardless. 😂😂😂

06:00 If your mum was that excited about that waterfall I can try to imagine how excited she would be to see the world's biggest waterfall (One of the 7 Natural Wonders of the world!) in my country Zimbabwe called Mosi-oa-tunya a.k.a Victoria Falls. Coming to Asia made me appreciate Africa more because the things that we have in Africa we Africans have had them for far too long we actually just take them for granted! I remember my first time in Russia and they woke us up from our university to go see the sunrise (people were very happy while me and other African students were like you woke us up at 5am for this???🤣)! I was so angry but the same thing happened in Taiwan when we were on a tour and having lived in Russia (currently Taiwan) I now kinda understood why it was such a big deal to see the sunrise! Japanese gardens are amazing I don't wanna lie but sometimes their beauty just flows over my head and I don't appreciate it because I grew up in an environment like that albeit an African one. The last time I was in Zim I was taking pictures of everything and showing my Asian friends and they were really surprised. People just don't visit Zimbabwe so nobody would ever choose to go there which is sad considering it's really a great place to be. I have really gained a lot of insight from travelling and studying/living abroad and it has really made me appreciate the little things and value experiences in life like this moment your mum had because that thing that I take for granted, means absolutely the world to someone else!
