Giovanni is the name of a boy ? But then there was another lady with the same name in the previous video ? Is same names used for both men and women in Italian, confusing ?!
@giovannipazienza82633 жыл бұрын
@@anushkaa28 in Italy some names are for both male and female, the only difference Is the last letter (Giovanni becomes Giovanna). Other times the First part Is the same but the last part Is changes to "Etta", "Ata" or other group of letters (Nicola becomes Nicoletta). @@gyozakeynsianism My grandma is 90 and very active, intelligent, just the same as she was when she was younger. She is a painter and a potter so she putters around her studio for much of the day. She also has a little garden, still drives, takes care of her house, and goes to community events (ie. church, art shows, workshops). She really only cooks when someone is visiting, and usually makes something simple. My point is that as long as you are active and have some hobbies and chores that keep you busy, you are more likely to keep the energy of your youth :)

I made this just now. Fantastic. Absolutely delicious. Speck costs a fortune in the US now but you need only a little. If you use a machine to roll out the pasta very thin, these are easy to make if you break up the steps. I didn’t bother with the panna because I had only heavy cream but adding a touch more pasta water with bouillon thinned it out nicely, the starch helps it emulsify. I wish I’d made double!

Ms. Vicky, an outstanding recipe & looks delicious, Leondina is a sweet heart, I hope to live that long with at least 1/2 the energy. The closest recipe we would have in Appalachia would be a dumplings filled with ground pork sausage. If you like a joke, when our hens were not laying eggs regularly, they would send my cousin & I to walk about 1/2 mile to a neighbor to get eggs( Grover & Hazel Wilson), as they sold eggs. We'd ask how much for a dozen eggs? He'd say 25 cents a dozen & 10 cents a dozen if slightly cracked. We'd say, then crack us up a dozen, lol. God bless you all & have a Blessed Good Friday & Easter
