Enneagram & Leadership Insecurities

Thank you as always for your valuable insights. I am completely baffled that E5s are not part of this group. As an enneagram 5w6, I have been promoted to the position of Director twice in my career, for no other reason except for my knowledge of the field. I was not seeking the positions, and had no interest in taking them. After each promotion, it took me years to recover. In fact I am still trying to recover from burnout in my last position as Director.

I wonder why the 1 and 7 was skipped. Still pretty good job. I like the logistics and the in depth insight
