Ennis High School 2001 vs Bay City at Reliant Astrodome

The EHS Lions take on Bay City for the State Championship Game at the Reliant Astrodome in Houston Dec 2001. My sister and I were in the Dome that night. Ennis defense played great after Graham Harrel passed for the first score of the game. The lions never looked back and played a tough game against a real good Bay City team. And both were State Champions the year before in 2000. Back to Back State Champions! 🦁🏈

LOL Ronnie Greer will love this, he still has hair and it's dark! My daughter was one of the Lionettes, though I would rather see her marching with the band and playing her flute. Such memories to find. These kids are now in their 30's!
