Enolase: Enzymes in Glycolysis (3/4) 【USMLE, biochemistry】

This video shows the mechanism of enolase in glycolysis. How does enolase take water out from 2-phosphoglycerate?
Enolase, also called Phosphoenolpyruvate hydratase, belongs to Lyases, specifically the hydro-lyases.
The main function of Enolase is to cleave carbon-oxygen bounds.
