I have the same camera, except in black and with the addition of a disc lens cap attached to the body by a cord. This helped me to take pictures on the time setting inside a cathedral; I placed the camera on any convenient flat surface.

Tablet/smartphone clamps with tripod mount should be good replacement for temporary DIY solution or hunt for random flat surfaces. Quite good at holding various rectangles.

Good ideas there, I'll certainly give that a go next time with a box camera. all the best MVC

Great informative video, thank you. I’ve just picked one of these up and loaded it with film. How many full turns do you do to wind on for the next photo?

Hello, In short you don't count turns. There is a window on the back of the camera. Each frame of film has a number printed on its backing paper. Look at the window and turn slowly untill you see the next number. If you look at my Agfa Isolette and Franka videos you can see something similar. Enjoy your new camera. MVC

@ Thank you for the reply. I’m unsure if the film I’ve loaded is numbered as another KZbin video suggested that film numbers and camera film windows don’t always line up - I’ll investigate.

@@robertmann3829 Hello, If you are using a major brand of film, Kodak, Fuji, Ilford etc the numbers will line up. They can somtimes be hard to see and I have been know to use the tourch from my phone to get a better view (this is fins from the outside of the cammera as it is the film's backing paper that protects it from light fogging.

For safety, I always unload in a dark bag. They don't always wind on tight. Guess how I know!!!
