Every versions with Dead are the definitive ones. The Freezing Moon/Carnage single is a good one. The rehearsal versions are good as well. And all the "known" live versions (Jessheim, Sarpsborg, Annaberg, Zeitz, Leipzig and Izmir) are great.

This is the right vocals! Vocals are better than in Vader and Behemoth version and faar better than Funeral Frog called Attila.

In my opinion Attila was not the lead singer for De Mysteriis, but I believe that Euronymous called him just because of the different style of the other bands. Grutle Kjellson would have left the sound much more like Dead's.

You're all starting to argue about who did it better. Attila or Maniac? You're forgetting something. First, Maniac is gay. Second, Dead did it better than both of them. His vocals were the best. It's all about the Live in Leipzig album. The One True Mayhem! That's the real MayheM line up. With Euronymous and Dead still alive! This ain't a bad cover, either. Yay, Enslaved.

I'd rank the early Enslaved among the top 5 black metal bands(Burzum,Immoral,Satyricon,Marduk), but after "Mardraum" (not sure about the exact name of the album, sorry) they became good, but not very interesting viking-black band.

Well.....yes... Mayhem are great, but have only one album.The music not made by Dead and Euronimus is.....well....not good :)
