- Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder- 1.1/2 tsp
- Salt
For Masala Paste:
- Cumin seeds- 1.1/2 tsp
- Dried Red Chillies- 4
- Garlic- 10 cloves
-Ginger - 1
- Green Chillies- 4
- Red Chilli Powder- 2 Tbsp
- Coriander Powder- 3/4 Tbsp
- Turmeric Powder- 1/4 tsp
- Onion, grated- 3 medium
- Kasuri Methi (dried Fenugreek leaves)- 1 tsp
- Curry leaves
-Fenugreek powder - 2 Pinch
- Tamarind, soaked in water-8 Tbsp
- Thick coconut milk- 6 tbsp
- Salt to taste-
- Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
- Oil

Fish kurma was great!!! Thank you. I have done slight changes. Roasted uluva along with geera and grinded. Instead of milk I grinded coconut to a fine paste and mixed Then added menthia dry powder Just like we do in kurma It was Sooo tasty!!! Thanks a lot God bless you

ഞാൻ ഉണ്ടാക്കി,.. ഇതിനു മുന്നേയും ഫാത്തിമ യുടെ dishes ഉണ്ടാക്കിയിട്ട് ഇഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്.. നിങ്ങളുടെ ഡിഷ്‌ ഉണ്ടാക്കുമ്പോൾ എനിക്ക് തന്നെ ഒരു surety ഉണ്ടാവും ഇത് നന്നാവും എന്ന്.. But ഈ ഫിഷ് കറി എന്തോ എനിക്ക് അത്ര ഇഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടില്ല... ജീരകവും വെളുത്തുള്ളിയും ചേർന്ന് ഒരു രസത്തിന്റെ flavor ആണ് എനിക്ക് തോന്നിയത്... ഒരു പക്ഷെ ജീരകം ഒഴിവാക്കിയിരുന്നേൽ നന്നായേനെ 😊
