Mega sceptile is an insanely powerful pokemon in radical red . You can get scale shot and bullet speed with stab technician boost and it's incredible speed is very powerful . I outspeed Lorelei's mega Swampert in rain which was very unexpected . You should use it in the playthrough bcs this is an insane Pokemon

Stamina is an ability where whenever the Pokémon is hit by any attack, it’s defense stat will be raised by one stage. It’s pretty good for a defensive Pokémon like Mudsdale.

YES technician donphan is one of THE best hardcore mode pokemonz i've literally used it with great success in almost every single boss battle. Yes, even stuff like Misty or Erika, i was looking for a raid spinner for Brock and stayed for Technician ice shards, speed control in bulldoze and rock tomb, insane damage potential with bonemerang - this thing is INSANE

I'm running Hardcore Mode with a "one team" challenge. So I can't switch my Pokemon before every boss battle. For me Sabrina was by far the hardest fight so far... Because I could not build a specific team which outslow her pokemon. Your team was awesome that's why the fight was so easy. Normally she is pretty hard.

Well at least for Sabrina’s gym her being able to set up permanent trick room with her powers makes sense, not like Giovanni where his presence creates storms of sand. 😂😂 Also I’m glad the ‘dumbass kid’ used the hydration goodra rest strat! I don’t play competitive pokémon but I like to sometimes think of competitive movesets (if that makes sense) and that goodra set came to mind.

Donphan probably gets Bonemerang due to the tusks. I don't know much about challenge mode, I don't like the unfairness in things like that and Emerald Kaizo, regular Radical Red I think does a good job of being difficult while also being mostly fair. But the Donphan set you used is close to the one I landed on in one of my playthroughs. I ran Rock Blast (tutor in Saffron) over Rock Tomb is the main differences

Gallade learns Leaf Blade, since the fourth generation, and here it is boosted by Sword Master. I think he sent him against Donphan for that reason. Drain Punch seemed a bit far-fetched to me, I don't know what the CPU expected, maybe a switch but I don't know with whom, given that LeafBlade and Drain Punch partially share the same resistances and super-effectives. The most correct play would have been Psyco Cut as you said, since it would have effectively hit any flying Pokemon and super effectively any poison. Unless they take for granted the possibility that the player has Pokémon like Muk or Drapion, but it seems difficult to me.

I think rain makes weather ball 100 bp then x1.5 because of it being a water move in the rain. So only 150 vs hurricane and thunder’s 110x1.5= 165. Not 100% sure though
