One of the most confusing areas during a spiritual awakening is understanding this concept of oneness and unity from a more integrated and holistic perception. So today, I'm going to be explaining exactly how to integrate oneness so that we're not confused by it or accidentally in separation consciousness from oneness.

"I do not consent" is absolutely a powerful mantra. I had been struggling with thoughts that weren't mine, almost as if these thoughts were placed there by a negative entity. My thoughts and mental diet are generally positive, but there is one specific topic that these thoughts would present themselves (a topic that you helped me with during our energy healing recently, Sarah). My mental diet is such that now that these thoughts are almost non-existent, and if they do creep in, I immediately rebuke them as not being my natural thoughts/beliefs/truth. "I do not consent" will absolutely be a part of my daily mantras/affirmations going forward. I am so grateful for your help and work, Sarah. It has only been about a month and a half since our healing session, and the amount of joy I feel just going about my daily routine has been unbelievable! My unconditional self-love has increased to a level of wholeness that I didn't think was possible, and I feel as though I wake up "renewed" every single day. I will continue to update you, Sarah. I deeply appreciate all that you do!

@@misaberry I'm not sure how much you know about Twin Flames, but the thoughts were about my Divine Feminine (we're in 3D separation, with 5D communication). Without going into too much detail, the thoughts went against what I know about her as a person, and about the true nature of what/who we are as DM and DF. It's as if an entity (or entities) wants us separated in the 3D. However, my healing with Sarah focused on healing shame within myself, as well as taking my own power back and uniting my masculine and feminine aspects to help make me "whole" within myself. The results have been miraculous, and the 5D communication with my DF has been even more intense and real than before. I'm glad that you were able to get yourself out of the victim mentality as well. If intrusive thoughts rear their head again, I definitely recommend an energy healing session with Sarah. I can't understate the magnitude of the changes I've experienced in such a short time

@@misaberryThoughts and emotions can be markers for something deeper. Sometimes intrusive thoughts are picked up during childhood. Confront the thought. If it is not yours then ask where did it come from? Is there a fixed belief that needs to be released? I highly recommend learning mindfulness (only the present moment matters). When I am by myself I have very little thoughts, only stillness. Of course being intuitive, I do pick up thoughts of others when near them via telepathy.

This is the only channel I will punch the like button before I even listen, so I don't forget. You always seem to be in line with my base intuition. I just learned about a local cult that uses corporal punishment for all followers to keep them in line. Evidently, they don't believe in free will and the power of persuasion. I feel so sorry for those people, especially the children. Thank you for your very clear way of conveying these important and universal concepts. I am a discerning individual however, and I always have the power to take my like back. I don't anticipate that ever happening with you though.

Interesting comment, it inspired me to write. I'll share part of it here. We access free will only once we understand that we didn't have it until the moment we get it. Cultish people are acting from a place of compulsion, trying to satisfy their needs in the only way they can as they carry unhealed trauma. Since they are acting from compulsion and patterns, we can't say they have free will even though they may think they do. This reflects in the way they threat people, and these 'cult abusers' attract 'cult victims' who share the same erroneous beliefs and patterns. Everyone gets 'it' in due time, we cannot force it. I say this as someone who got stuck in a severe cult at some point... in my case, it served to highlight the mind space I was in during this time period in my life. Unfortunately, it is a really deep belief held by most souls that 'gnosis' can only be achieved through suffering. A self-fulfilling prophecy we can stop only when we get "it". Free will isn't a given in this sense. It is the earned price of consciousness.

I am having a hard time understanding two correlations: 1) the word “prophet” not preventing you from reading and 2) an interest in animal rescue versus being religious. The word “prophet” is just that - a word. However, we cannot discount that certain words have certain implications to certain people. On its surface, the word “prophet” is attributed to religion but at its base, the word is simply a nifty title people give themselves and/or others that believe they have an absolute and exclusive closeness to a deity of their choosing. I am sure you can see how this nifty title could lead to those certain implications I mentioned above. On the topic of religion, an individual can be “into” animal rescue and still be religious. A semi-repeat of what I previously mentioned, we cannot discount the millions (or even billions) of religious people who are “into” animal rescue like non-religious people such as yourself. That would be a disservice, don’t you agree 😔? The tail end of your comment was a bit of a puzzle I didn’t want to fiddle with so I can’t talk on that part so much. More importantly, I do want to stress that my comment was about children and their autonomy. I don’t believe this topic has anything to do with a 1923 poem, our common affinity for reading, nor your valiant animal rescue interests. As sadden as it may seem, I do feel like this is an example of those “missing the point” moments I mentioned in my original comment ☹. Oh, I caught myself in the middle of judgement due to fear, as I tried to differentiate light and darkness in my unawakened state. It's becoming intensively difficult when put in a situation, where my advice is requested. I wish I was already far with this knowledge. @Sarah: You mentioned briefly that you would come back to the topic of teaching children, but didn't mention anything further in this video. Are you planning to make a video on this specifically? I would be greatly appreciative if you did! What and how to teach my kids is an area I struggle with greatly. I'm currently 37 and was raised in a makeshift Christian paradigm I didn't begin to break through until 2018. My awakening began late 2020 and my brain has only just begun allowing focus on creating some sort of open foundation for my boys to build spirituality on. I currently focus on facts and helping them pay attention to and understand their bodies and minds/mental health. We live in the Bible belt, though, and a lot of their classmates will include religion in their normal conversations. My boys have had questions, and I answer them in the most non-judgmental way I am capable of. I know I fall short in this area. It would be amazing if you touched on the subject of children!!!

this is really interesting, i am in the stage of rejecting most of my past network, as respectfully and gently as i can. its hard, i had to get away for a few years to let the that judgement, both mine and theirs, chill down. it’s funny, i love the general mass of humanity way more than i used to, but my familiars are difficult to take. looking at people with a more discerning eye these days, i am amazed how differently i see my relationships. Well, when there are different sets of IMMATURE sub-groups, they can sometimes become CULTISH. This is an attempt at control, and it is fear based i.e. "I (we) alone have the truth, and everyone else is going to hell". I must live in suspicion of you, and thus, I must protect my beliefs from the infection of your beliefs. This is the ultimate form of control and abuse. What do we do when we start remembering events and people from our past lives but they don’t remember you? I get the memories everywhere I go with whoever I encounter. Or I get memories of different things that have happened I guess during or around that moment from the past lives. I know this sounds delusional. Always on point! Do you feel that our modern world is "too" fragmented? That there are too many illusions of choice? Do any of you have feelings on this idea? Does anyone feel that this causes people to pick the ego that matches how they feel or aspire to instead of exploring who they are as a being? I spent so many years thinking "this feels wrong." Over and over again. To the point where I realized that I was BORN awake. In my life so far, I've run the gamut of 'trying on' other ways of being, but my core being breaks through that ego every time. Even when I covered it up and hid myself, the feelings of dread, despair and chaos that rose up in me when I tried to be someone I'm not almost overwhelmed me. In my shadow work, I found myself. I found myself at a point in life where I moved from discernment into judgment (since this is the space that the majority of people reside) and it just never connected. But it brought me to a breaking point where judgment simply became an unhelpful way to navigate life and opposed to who I used to be. I think this was at the same point that my ego just started to melt away and I became overfilled with gratitude at the people who were still by my side and had enough 'discernment' to see who I was through my ego. And while I see them working through their own egos, I see them walking the path and know we'll get there together. My ego was absolutely a trickster and to some extent that energy is still very much a part of my being, but with a desire to provide little (and innocent) counterpoints that really challenge people to perceive themselves differently and see the REAL them inside. And to pass no judgment on them along the way. I hope you are all well

Great summation and oration of this Element and topic. I Am grateful and humble with this teach/learn learn/teach. The Oneness of the One. The depth and breadth in potentialities is; coming into alignment with heightening our consciousness discerning the path of unity consciousness. Understanding virtue, Truth, laws and love. Some are further, closer, or not so much though, we are on a Continuum together with a vast swing. Excess is deeply entrenched in materiality yet during our incarnate state, this is still not separation. We have choices, free will . It is so nice to hear someone speak about it. People very often confuse discernment with judgement. When I am talking about something as it is, some folks right away assume that I am judging it. This gets especially twisted when it comes to discerning the shadow aspects. For example the energy that is responsible for sexual betrayal or abuse. I am fully open to healing that energy within me, but someone who is not ready to address it, will think that I am judging their ways of being; those which permit sexual promiscuity. I am healing that in relation to men. They can do as they please, but I do not want men with those energies around me.

Oh my goddess ! I really needed this ! For sooo long I’ve been wondering how I can think about people who are not so evolved yet -without the judging. YES discernment is the thing -words are so important. Discernment feels neutral and peaceful -and still here I got the “permission” to have emotional reactions. My daughter was offered counseling, she signed her own consent form, they gave her a psych eval, was prescribed meds, and had three counseling sessions. I could do NOTHING. Then they charged me $1400.00. Quincy Medical Group Quincy Illinois.
