My sentiments exactly. It's like living in a one bedroom apartment and then you have the rest of the house, but you the owner (unless you live alone or as couple) have zero privacy. It makes no sense and I don't understand how people don't care that their personal space opens right up to the living room/kitchen.

Very lovely home. Well designed and executed. I liked that the floor marriage line didn’t exist. It’s awesome that you, in your infinite wisdom, added to the English language with new vocabulary words. By doing such, your video has taken on the category of educational. This is my new favorite house. It has everything I want and that party/entertainment/movie room is something I didn't know I wanted or thought I could have in a mobile home until now. The best part is, it could make a great room for large family holiday gatherings. Imagine the large family Thanksgiving dinner, Christmas dinner, or Passover Seder that could be hosted in there! And when you mentioned a kitchenette I immediately imagined a fridge, microwave, large toaster oven and even a free standing popcorn maker to support the home theater for which that room begs. I would put the TV between the two windows at the far end of the room to allow for more seats. The master bath has both shower heads right in the same place *with* the seat! Just replace the one with a hand-held shower had and you get the best of both worlds, a rain shower head and a hand-held. Great hood over the stove.

Chance, I love the big room, and especially the coffered ceiling. Every single home you show, I always ask myself, "where does the piano go," and where does the pool table go." And they'll both look great in that room. Most of the homes you show don't have a good spot for the pool table, but there it is right here, It is a beautiful home all around, it's obvious why it's your favorite.

That rec/theater room is a "hellz yeah" room! Love it! Kitchen is super nice...love the appliances and apron front stainless steel sink and the cabinetry...those frosted glass doors are a sweet addition! The pantry is a good size. And the dry bar in the dining area is great. If there was a little bar sink that would be a nice addition to make it a wet bar and coffee station. Master bedroom is a good size, but master closet is lacking size. I'm one of those weird folks that would rather have a huge closet with great organizational features, (hanging rods, shelving, drawers, etc) but a smaller bedroom with a queen bed (I'm single and I don't like king size beds), a couple of nightstands, an accent lounge chair and ottoman or a spacious chaise, and maybe a desk. I like that there are extra storage closets in the hallway but the closets in all the bedrooms need to be bigger! I do like that there are no wire wracks in closets or pantry. This is a sweet floorplan. I'd choose a different exterior and add a big porch.

This is a beautiful home. Microwave should be up higher, the living room needs a fireplace & coat closet & the utility room needs to be closer to the master bedroom, but love it otherwise & really like the pantry. This house is nice, I like that there is a den/family room. What I do not like is the master suite is right off the living room & also, you have to past all of the secondary bedrooms just to get to the den. DO NOT want to walk through my house with company just to get to the den. But the exterior of this house is beautiful!!!

Lots of natural light, lots of space, but a few no-no items keep it from favourites list. Not keen on floor plan, dingy utility and master wc, need foyer and coat closet, need to move kitchen further along from living area. But, a very good tour as per usual. The pantry is the best part of this house. I'd swap spaces with the main bedroom/bathroom and the den. That way the public areas of the house are together and the private areas (bedrooms) are on the other side of the house. When you walk into this design, it feels like a one bedroom apartment with some extra rooms attached on the other side.

Like a few things. Don't like others like the low microwave. Low enough for a child to play with. Also awkward to pull got items out. Why put a closet in the bath. We aren't humid in Nevada but I grew up in Kansas. Humid weather plus humid bath = damp clothes. Nice pantry. But would like a slider off the kitchen. Like the back room. So many things to be done to it. Thanks Chance for showing so many different homes.

Beautiful!.. especially the game/family room. Kids separate from the adults & just for adults with no kids you don’t have to stay in the front living room. Also men can hangout with ladies socializing in the kitchen living room. So many options when you have a separate family room 🤷🏽‍♀️. I love all the homes you show but it’s hard to come leave a comment, I generally watch your videos on my smart tv then have to come back to my phone to leave a comment!.. Check at Sunshine dealers in your area. The price for this home may be lower. Chance said in a couple of recent videos that the market prices in this area are high. Also, it's modular and had $38+ in upgrades; manufactured, less upgrades in a lower-priced market, may equal a lower-priced home!

I really like this house. Next to nothing I would change except perhaps the master shower tiles, and I would steal (oops in home decor it is known as 'taking inspiration' from) someone's brilliant idea of hanging paned glass panels from ceiling to floor in order to create a visual foyer. I love that fix for those really open entrances as it creates a room divider that takes up only a few inches of depth but still acts as a bit of a buffer from cold winter air when the front door opens, prevents everyone walking directly into the midst of your living room, and might even provide a little bit of a sound buffer perhaps. Think of it a permanent wall of French doors that do not open. Love the sizes of the rooms, the practicality of use and furnishing options, and all the storage. Lovely pantry and nice to have room in the laundry room for an extra fridge or freezer. As always .... thanks Chance. Ooh spooky, just noticed there is another MJ in the comments below.

For that giant rec room, I'd like to have a half bath. If you have a big gathering, people might have to wait in line for the bathroom. Having people use the master bath is not an option. That space is far too personal. The laundry room is very nice. I also appreciate the storage closets in the hallway, as well as the huge kitchen pantry ♥
