I was thinking of you when this came out the other week. I don't have a single person in my life who understands the magnitude of "OPETH HAS A NEW ALBUM AND IT HAS GROWLS!!!" @@bryanmack5410 I can relate. There isn't a single family member I have that likes Opeth. Even my son that tried for years to get me into liking growls isn't a fan because of the multiple transitions of change within their music. As far as friends; I have no clue since being retired I'm basically a hermit. Thank goodness for my internet friends. ❤

I looooved it too... it is not only the growls... I mean if there were growls and only repeating stuff from their past it would have been awsome because it is amazing music, but they do not do that kkkkkkkk and that is why they are f****** amazing :) they evolved in a way that some old vibes actually add to it and make it superb. Yes I am very happy, had a very similar reaction lol. And GR is my fav as well

I was very disappointed with the decision to move away from growling, because to me the blend WAS Opeth. Now they're back, and I'm psyched to see them live 5 days after this album release. It will be my 10th time seeing them. Great song, but too bad it's a shorter radio edit.
