Sounds like you’re just proud to be a racist.🤨 You certainly didn’t learn that on this channel. Pierogi loves the good people of India and has said so many times. Also, you should know that MANY, MANY of the world’s largest companies use call centers in India for things like tech support & customer service, all legal and legitimate. Some of the largest banks, cable/phone companies, big box superstores, etc all use legitimate call centers in India. If a person on the other end of the phone has an Indian accent….. it does NOT mean they’re a scammer. Be vigilant, smart and use common sense to avoid scams, not accents.

It may teach something to our major companies, which are still outsourcing their customer relations to these nasty crocks, and it may hurt the Indian Govt, so they might have an incentive to intervene. It is a good idea, and that is what I will do.

Being a law enforcement officer I tend to frown on this but since my mother (who was in her 3rd stage of dementia at the time and since passed away) got scammed. It's the preying on elderly and/or vulnerable people. How low can someone go? In the earlier internet days I got scammed for a £100. Not much money, but at that time I had to borrow that to pay it. I was in tears and felt similar to as if a burglar had actually come in to my home. You hear of the elderly getting conned out of their life savings - money for their retirement and quality of life after working for decades. I'm so sorry your Mother was one of their victims. X

I know a lot of people love to watch these videos and hear the scammers getting angry, mess up etc etc etc, but right here I feel like the scammers had a pretty solid crew. Still the same old scams, but this team had some really calm, patient smooth talkers throughout. Active listeners, personable, responsive to concerns… I think this is ultimately an excellent example of how genuinely smooth some of these groups can be. These guys seem to have genuinely impressive sales skills, and I think that should remind us of how successful and dangerous some of these guys can be and how well they can operate.

My previous roomate used to scam call in English speaking countries from my room... He would stay awake all night forcing his fake accents and 80 percent of the victims would just plainly cut the call so he would repeat the same script over and over again... My nights were ruined in those days, SOB had made my nights sleepless... And then eventually I left that room to rescue my lifestyle... I love it the way you screw them over.... Their frustration is kind of satisfying 😂

I LOVE having found your channel, (via glitter bomb addiction! 😆) so glad that I did, you truly give many of us hope. I've gotten scammed by an 'You owe the IRS xyz amount, and you HAVE to *western union*' basically all in my account.. as a single mom of a newborn.. They scared the daylights out of me, I was hormonal, scared, alone... and I lost everything I had, with a baby. It was awful realizing what had happened. When I couldn't even afford diapers bc it was just me, working 45+ hrs a week, and I had been so scared about having the police called and assets seized. I didn't know. You're doing something that is absolutely incredible and so many of us thank you! Whatever we can do to thank you, to help you with your quest, please always let us know!

If you have elderly relatives, make sure someone is set up as a trusted contact on their accounts. It's not a catch all, but it authorizes the bank/brokerage to speak with the contact about their finances if the person is suspected to be mentally impaired or being taken advantage of.

Without an official power of attorney set up, that's not a thing banks can legally do due to privacy laws. You either have to be fully joint on the account or have active power of attorney, and if you don't, the bank is not running anything by you.
