As someone who went to UCF, the fact that Gringos is so close to the dorms she’s staying in is what makes all this so much crazier to me. Like.. I lived so much farther than she did and thought the walk was easy 😭😭???

It could be a student apartment building. Student housing development is a major industry worldwide. It’s only a dorm if it’s on campus and owned by the school.

These dorms in particular are more apartment-style. Everyone has their own bedroom with a shared living room/kitchen area. It is on campus, though, and later she calls it "her house" 🤣
