I have been locked for 3 weeks and God led me to your page. You are the absolute best I am gobbling up your videos like candy. My loctitian is awesome but she didn't give me a lot of information. I did go to a dermatologist 2 days before getting locked to check on my scalp health. She was too busy trying to talk me out of the locks and telling me all of the horror stories of what was going to happen to my healthy hair 🤨. I will be coming to your page daily. So happy I have all these videos to learn from. Again you are a Godsend and I thank you, thank you, thank you. ❤❤❤

This was very informative. I need to go see a dermatologist. I’m not having major problems but I am noticing some changes and going to the doctor can help me prevent some avoidable things .

Wish I could show pictures on here…because when I first got my locs almost 21-months ago now I didn’t have any hair in the front. Now I don’t know if it was traction alopecia or hereditary because my mama front hairline is completely gone. But this year (2024) I started using this hair system and let me tell you…the growth I got now!! 👏🏾👏🏾. I and even my loctician, couldn’t believe how much the front hairline has grown. She was able to put in about 13 new baby locs…but they didn’t last with the first wash. 😂. But I’m happy she was able to put some and my hairline has grown even more so I can’t wait until June 13th for my next retie to see how many more she will be able to put in. So glad I did something different…and no it wasn’t JBCO or rosemary oil either. 😊. And I started see the growth back starting about 2-3 months doing the system. Ladies you can get your edges back I’m a testimony!! 🙌🏾🙌🏾

What's the system, love?

@EnToiBeauty It's called The Hairclub, also used to be known as "Rogaine for Men" back in the day. It has evolved from just servicing men to now including products specifically for women also. I was skeptical at first because for the year it is not cheap for the products you get each month....but I tell you it works! I am still in awe about the progress of my hairline/edges. But just like anything, when you start, you can not stop using the products. Now, for some people it might be too much money. But I've tried everything (i.e., biotin, JBCO, rosemary oil, etc) nothing has worked but this time actually grow my hair back. People think I look "hairy" because they have never seen or knew I have a very low hairline and cowlicks. So to them, it looks weird, but hey, that's my actual natural hairline...😅🫠

For some reason, it keeps deleting what I wrote. So I'll try for the 3rd time... I joined HairClub, formerly known as Rogaine or Hairclub for Men. It has now expanded and includes products that also help women grow their hair back. It's not cheap, but it has worked for me so far, and I can't wait to see how much more it will grow my edges/hairline back. So with anything, once you start, you can't stop using the products. So it's a lifetime commitment. But what I've seen so far (5 months of use) it's well worth it! 🫡

Hi Pauline! What about having hair that’s growing around the loc . Like shorter hairs around the base , specifically if there’s thinning at the base ?

Question, I have short pieces of hair from the root that popped while retightening and now it's outside the lock but also causing the base of the hair to get thin . Is there a way to add those short pieces around the root back inside the lock to help the base get back strong?
@Sosesm6 ай бұрын
This is so timely as I noticed 2-3 of the locs around my edges with very thin base. Very disheartening. Worried about repair/reattach because the loc itself is bigger than the base so I don't know if it will handle that loc even it was resecured. My scalp is very sensitive in front. I had issues even when I was doing 2 strand twists with my own hair.

Your lock to part ratio sounds off. Need bigger base

What products would you recommend for scalp detox… I’m always nervous to try them because they have solid particulate and I’m😅 afraid of it not washing out of my locs. Thanks

Definitely try these two products Chargold shampoo and Tea Tree Gold conditioner. They are amazing products. I just uploaded a video with me using the products. You can get them here entoibeauty.com/our-products/ols/products/chozen-chargold-shampoo

also I am 10mos locked and in the last two months have noticed more single hair strands at the ends of my locks, and long strands unraveling out of the locs mid shaft here and there. Is this normal and should i be concerned? Lastly is it common to feel several areas in my head where several strands are inside of the adjacent loc closer to the root? My loctican has said that sometimes strands work themselves out of the original lock to the loc beside it but i am not sure bc every month i feel several like that and to me it seems excessive but I don’t know. What are your thoughts? I am local and open to alternative consulation if you feel it warranted. She is the only person who have ever done my locs so I have no other point of reference. I like going to her and I think overall my process is going well but as the hair gets longer im afraid this might be detrimental to the health of the locs if this is not the standard. I never hear others speak of these issues so Im not sure where else to turn. Thanks
