I love watching your videos & learning from you. I love how gentle you are with yourself when a mistake happens. Self criticism can stop creativity in its tracts, so thanks for all the times you say, “It doesn’t matter.” However, I worry about your poor sore thumb every time I see you pick up a scissors. Have you tried using the spring-loaded type that doesn’t have a ring to put your thumb into? You can squeeze it with your hand instead of your thumb. It would take a lot of pressure off of your poor thumb. Fiskars Softouch is the pair that I use & I couldn’t continue to craft without it. There are others available but I like this pair because it fits my hand well and, especially, because they are very precise & cut all the way to the tip of the blade for getting into the fine details. 🌝

I Love how the Clutch turned out. To think it just started w/ an envelope. lol I wished you woulda put the Cluster on the right side, cuz you ended up covering up the only Hummingbird w/ the cluster. That made me sad. lol I'm so Glad you Added the Lace to the flap @ the end. It really finished it off. 😉😊 Enjoy your Beach vacation!! Rest your thumb!! Love how your envelope Journal clutch turned out!!! The napkin you used is so very pretty! Massage your hand with some Vick's Vapor Rub several times a day. Many years ago when I was working, I had carpal tunnel. My wrist and thumb hurt so much I had a hard time driving. I didn't want to get the cortisone shot, so I sucked it up and rubbed my thumb and wrist with Vick's Vapor Rub. It wasn't an instant remedy but in time it got a whole lot better and my wrist didn't hurt any more. My thumb now has arthritis and it's getting a bit distorted but oh well that's life. Now back to the clutch, Thank you for sharing your ideas. I'm going to make one for myself and maybe to give away as little gifts too. GOD Bless and may HE heal you. Amen

You should use a water brush to get the napkin out of the window. Just don’t put the water brush right next to the frame of the window

On the Gel Medium. Yours is thin mine is thick. How do you water it down ratio's please

I don’t really do ratios. Just add a little water stir it up and if it is thin enough then your good to go if not then add a little more. Just add a small amount at a time and stir well.

Could you possibly have carpal tunnel syndrome? I had it and my thumb hurt like the very dickens. I had surgery on my left hand and it turned out beautifully. That was more than 10 years ago and it’s never bothered me again. Arthritis is no fun either! Just please take care of yourself first because if you don’t, no one else will or can. Hugs and ♥️

When I use liquid glue or mod podge, the card stock cover or envelope starts curling, any solution for this?

I don’t use modge podge I don’t like the tackiness it leaves. I use PVA glue which is made for book binding. If it curls any just set it under something heavy until it dries but I don’t have a problem with it.
