I feel Jeremy pretty well re: gifts. I've never been big on the idea, and the husband has mostly accepted that I'd rather spend time with him then get anything. So we just make a cutesy date night for it, sometimes out, sometimes just stay at home, and do stuff we haven't had time for in a while or watch something we both love to death. Maybe dress up. Way more fun, IMO, and something I'll think about more fondly then another thing. Gotta just rekindle that spark to keep it going, right?

The bridge to Terabithia was a very uncomfortable read for me when I was younger because there's the part where he goes to have breakfast with his teacher or some thing and then when he gets home his parents are really upset like he just disappeared even though he told them where he was going and I don't know that whole feeling just made me really uncomfortable the idea of telling your parents some thing while they're half asleep and then later on they claim you didn't that just resonated with me in a way

As a person who just moved to NYC, it's odd but everyone is taking it in stride. It's not busy for new york, but for many other places it is still very much active. The trains are usually very empty, with enough space for each person to have their own benches. The public parks are full of people and gentrified areas seem to be the worst for people choosing not to comply. Lots of outdoor dining though which has boosted some morale, but plenty of people who don't wear masks or socially distance at all. Business seem on top of the masks and sanitizing but it's just part of being in a large city. Not everyone takes it seriously and you just have to keep your distance.

Not to mention he'd literally be an 80-90 year old man suddenly getting powers if they were to keep the holocaust backstory. I wouldn't say Walking Dead has "wound down" as much as they just over saturated their own IP and Kirkman wanted them to make more seasons so he could stop making the comics and do other new things he wanted to do. I will say, the newest season of TWD was really really good. Fear The Walking Dead is absolutely terrible and I'm pretty sure the newest mini-series they put together won't do well. I'm still waiting on the season finale of TWD because they couldn't finish their post production for the last episode... Bad timing with the real world virus. lol. But, TWD is being mashed down day1 fans throats until Kirkman and AMC decide they have bled out every last bit of creativity from the world they created. Still have 3 Rick Grimes movies with Andrew Lincoln coming to theaters and amc subscription services, as well. So, winding down isn't in their minds... It might be to the general tv world, but not them. lol.
