Haven't seen any updates. Last I heard the WH has the ball. If it does go through it'll be in effect in April '23.

So i will need the unity riser? For the exps in order to run magnifier?

Yes. The standard riser for the EXPS models achieves 2.26" height for a true centerline to match the FTC. When using an XPS model variant, the Unity Absolute Riser is needed to achieve 2.26"

No, you do NOT need a riser (Unity or otherwise) to run a magnifier with the EXPS or XPS. As they come out of the box you can attach the optics and any of EOtech’s magnifiers straight to your rail and use them. However, EOtech’s factory magnifier mounts are flip-to-side. If you want the magnifier to flip-to-center (aka move up and down rather than off to the side) you will need a riser for the optic and then you will need a Unity FAST magnifier mount if you are running a G33, or a Unity FAST OMNI if you are running any of EOtech’s other more compact magnifiers (G43 & G45), or the Trijicon or Vortex Micro 3x magnifiers. I do not think you can use a Sig or Holosun magnifier on the OMNI though. If you want to run an Aimpoint magnifier you will need the specific Aimpoint magnifier mount from Unity.

Dude, put your thumb on in the space between the middle part of the box and the things you ripped off of the box, and move them outwards towards the left and right sides of the box. Kind of like this: 👈👉
