Liz is a wellness practitioner who explores the cultivation of safety, comfort, and rest from the wisdom of many different modalities. We discuss challenges and barriers in a journey towards rest, as well as different approaches to rituals and routines that encourage more moments of rest in our lives. Hi 💁🏻‍♀️, I just wanted to thank you @Amanda and @Liz for this amazing video, Thank You so Much!! 🙌🏻 I can't tell you how many times I've seen and heard it; it brings me peace just by listening to your gentle and paused voices and really brings me calm when I'm just in "auto-pilot" in my every day really busy life. As a Splenic Projector (5/1) with 15+ years of corporate background work in one of the hardest and accelerated fields in finance, you can only imagine how I could feel, rushing every single day to reach my goals and accomplish my responsabilities, I'm afraid that after all these years keeping this rythm my body and mind are trying to make me stop, I'm really seeing and feeling the signs, thinking how I will do it; Thank you again, Blessings!! 💟🕉
