A little bit but they need to give India only 10% revenue coz India can manage even with no amount given by ICC. Aus, eng should get 7.5%. The remaining 9 full members should get 30% revenue with Ireland and zim getting least while others get slightly more(like other 7 teams get 3.5% each and ire and zim get 2.7% or smth) Then 45% revenue should go to associates for increasing cricket popularity. In fact, India revenue along with aus and eng can get reduced to 8% and 6% for aus and eng.
