I found a really nice way of making bins no heat necessary you take a styrene tube and you get a piece of copper or brass that fits inside that tube and then you can bend it and it works great I use it for bending the tubes for intercourse on my cars

The Dremel brand butane tool it's a precise torch with heat setting and different tips and nozzles for soldering heating precise locations, heat shrink tubing and even cutting foam and styrene rods and stock at correct angles and clean precise cuts and heat source I always use solid cuse nobody will know difference if it's solid or tube on apdel car cage

I'm not very good at scratch building models yet but some stuff relates to models from real cars like cooping the ends of the cage tubing or you call it aka fish mouth lol different terms for different areas of country I guess and the way you build the cage is similar as well as fitting and bending each piece is very similar instead of chromeoly tubing it's small styrene rod and a little Dremel brand butane torch/heat tool works perfect for getting very precise heating in exact spot you want cuse it has tiny precise hallow tips that direct heat exactly where you need it and just mold the styrene rod in as you heat and push into body is how I do it very easy to form scratch built cages

My Question is. The front Bar. I have always thought the front bar should be closer to the front window. I need to find some pictures to show this. Maybe some in car camera's show it.

You might want to reroute your gas line from the driver's side to the passenger side you don't want the gas line on the driver's side I know it's only a model but you seem to be looking for realism I sure wouldn't want the gas line there in my stock car you get hit in that gas line comes apart that could ruin your day looking good though
@TheLukaCeeChannel3 жыл бұрын
What the Hell are you talking about? First, you obviously didnt listen to a thing I was saying. That black part of the chassis is out of the parts box and is use just for mock ups. Only stated that in like 3 videos. Second. I do not know what you are looking at. But I'm looking at that chassis right now, and the fuel line IS routed on the passenger side. Suggestion. Befor you go all Keyboard Comando in the comment section of a video just to show off how big your brain is. Try getting you facts straight and you know what your talking about. Or better yet. Start your own You Tube channel and show me up on your model car skills. Now THAT will impress me. Other than that. THANKS for the input.
