Watched this video earlier in the year and followed you round this summer in our little 27 footer, round the mull to Gigha and on to Tobermory. Cambeltown squeezed us in along with everyone else so quite interesting getting out in the morning, especially as we had to leave before the bigger boats as we're a bit slower.

Another fabulous vid Murray and thank you for sharing. Anyone who is familiar with that neck of the woods will know that the mighty Aisla seems always to be in view. Just there as a reassuring constant. Can't wait for the next vid. All the best. Justin

YES MURRAY! Can't believe I've just found out you have a KZbin channel for your yacht adventures! I love this! Still determined for a yacht trip on the west coast myself someday. Looking forward to watching more of your adventures.

Super video again Murrey. Sharing your Sailing Sula experience has inspired me to take the leap from Cat Sailing to Yachting to explore the same beautiful environment. My wife and I just love the way your enjoyment of all this shines through. I shall be in Largs at the end of the month to complete some training and back again in October for more experience. We have been lucky enough to begin the purchase of Yacht which we will get to Rhu with the help of some people from Largs for the 2023 sailing season. So hope to say hello sometime.

Really nice photography and really nice boat handling. Thanks for taking us along. I just love Scotland. Been hot as heck here n Texas, so is lovely to see the mist & rain and to even imagine the need for what we inelegantly refer to as “long underwear.”

Murray, it is impossible to see Islay and Jura, traversing along the south coast of Arran to Campbeltown. They are much further north. What you were seeing was Northern Ireland. I know be cause I sailed twice from Campeltown in May and in July and I spent a lot of time determining which parts of NI were visible. What I definitely saw were the unmistakable cliffs of Fair Head, in NI. Lovely video.

Thanks Hugh, yes correct. I worked that out when I sailed around the Mull of Kintyre and realised I must have been looking at Northern Ireland, thanks for watching 😊

Nice video. I did the same journey in July. Largs Campbeltown Gigha ...... on my way to Oban. When we met you in Tarbert we were on our way back to Largs.

Hi there, I’m from Edinburgh and looking to buy my first yacht hopefully next year. Could really do with some experience so if you need crew on any of your trips I’d be delighted to help out on Sula. Let me know if your interested and I can give you my email for further chat. Best regards, Bill (48 yrs)

Thanks Bill, will keep in mind. you might be better going out with one of the sailings schools, there are a few good ones at Largs Marina and they will show you how to do it properly... thanks for watching and good luck with the yacht.
