We live near Lopez Pool. Everyone raves about the burgers. We give their burgers - 6. However Cameraman’s fish tacos look good I will need to try.

Very lovely home. I see vehicle traffic just on the other side of the trees. I would like a wall on that side as well. The decor has a decidedly masculine feel to it. Very tastefully designed.

@@tnek6591I edited my comment. You responded before I had the chance to post it. I don’t mind noise as long as it’s not overwhelming. I’m a city girl so am quite used to the noise of the city.

What's nice about this house (and highly unusual!) is there are only TWO homes/lots in this section of Silvana Way, sort of an isolated "island" from the other homes on this street to the north (~86 yards away) & south (~206 yards away) -- so you only have one neighbor! And no neighbors/lots behind you. Just the street in front and a retention pond on the other side if it. Weird but nice seclusion-wise since usually homes (and neighbors!) are packed pretty tight together in The Villages. I'd go for it! :-) -- BR

@@billredding2000Bill, I totally agree with you about the seclusion. The lot is so long that it allowed the home to be turned in a way that is unusual for a Charlotte. I am happy to help you if you have interest! Thanks for watching and commenting!

Been to López pool bar a few times. Great burgers. I believe I got fried shrimp once. Really good. Love House of the Week. 👍 Great video Cameraman! Your hard work is paying off. 💪👏👏

My grandma used to love Hooters in St Pete. I also had a mushroom swiss burger for lunch today at Culvers. Looking at that menu, I think I would've ordered a lobster roll. Have you been to "Let's Do" in Mt Dora? A friend of mine who lives in the Village of Chatham said they have the best lobster rolls. IDK, because I've only had lobster rolls in New England, and at CTT in Celebration. My sister and I are going to the Cousin's Maine Lobster Truck on Sunday, here in Ohio. They're supposed to have great lobster rolls also. I really like the finishes on the HOTW. Big fan of all of the color choices. Do you think there's room for a pool? I love that "new house smell."

I’m not big on lobster, I will cook it now and again and order it on a cruise but that’s about it. I have heard that cousins do a good lobster roll and I would like to try one of theirs.

We had trouble hearing Jana talking through most of the video due to the background music. She doesn’t talk loud enough to compete with that background sound. It was frustrating. The best part was the home tour with no music. Food at Lopez looked good though. 😆🤗

Thank you for letting us know, I’m sorry you had problems. I watched it again and didn’t have any sound issues, the fans at Lopez pool were a little loud but that was all. I asked my neighbors and they had no problems either. I asked a friend of mine, who is up to date with technology, what could do that. He said that on some devices you can adjust the level of background noise and there is a possibility that the settings on your device need adjusting. I don’t know if this helps but hopefully it will . Thank you for watching and contributing. Jana

@@beingkitschroeder2507 We watch every week too, and hadn’t noticed the background music in every segment as we did this one, so now we need to go back and see why it wasn’t bothering us before this week. Weird. Will keep watching though.

Wow. Really disappointed to hear about THREE Hooters restaurants. I live in a city with 974,447 people and we don't have a Hooters here. According to the website, there's one 30 minutes north of me and one 50 minutes south of me, which seems reasonable. I can't imagine why The Villages would need 3 for the area. That's not going to go well with all the ridiculous loofah rumors. Another lovely home of the week!

@@ChynnaBlue1 3 in the area so not guaranteed to be in the Villages. There are a large number of new Apartments already built and also in the process of construction, maybe that has something to do with it. Definitely not something I will be visiting but someone will.
