Some of our regulars have been commenting each week since our very first video and we feel as though we know them. Jana, glad you’re well. Do the MLS stats include new and existing homes for sale in TV or is it just exisiting homes ? 🐠

New homes are not included in the weekly Statistics that I show on here, only MLS Homes. The Villages have their own listing service. They can’t sell anything we have and we can’t sell anything they have. Good question though. Thanks for asking.
