Hi Jana! It was such a pleasure getting to meet and talk with you Saturday (11/23) at your house showing. We are hoping to have our house on the market by the first of the year and we're hoping to be looking for a home very soon in the Villages. We will be in touch!!

I regret we never ate at Wolfgang Puck. Beautiful homes in both segments! Heron holes 2 and 3 are tricky, to be so short. Overall, a fun, but not an easy course. I’m glad more people are joining your channel! By far, you have the most informative and enjoyable videos! 👏👏🏆🥇👍❤️

Thank you John. Next time you visit we will make a point of going to Wolfgang’s together. Say Hi to Linda from us both.

Like the variety of background music Cameraman!👍
@tnek65912 ай бұрын
I can’t take credit for that. Cameraman chooses the music. Glad you like it though. Thanks for taking the time to comment. We have used your ideas a couple of times too.

Wonderful show. You always add wonderful add ons. Hey does Cameraman golf😂

Than you. Cameraman does golf. He says he used to be a good golfer. I say he is still pretty good.

Great show! I'm anxious for the new Hawaiian restaurant at Sumter Landing. I looked up the meaning of Le'ahi and that is what Hawaiians call Diamond Head. Fun fact! The breakfast buffet looked scrumptious! Have you ever tried Miz Kathi's Cotillion Southern Cafe on 301 in Wildwood? (on Main St.)We highly recommend it!

Thank you. Thanks for the fun fact, interesting. We did a review of Miz Kathie’s a few months ago in Episode 98. We really enjoyed it. Thank you for taking the time to comment we appreciate it.

Hi Jana. We watch your videos via our TV app and have noticed the last couple of weeks that we hear the music but unfortunately don’t hear your voice at all. If we watch your video on our phone everything is fine. We are wondering if it is something to do with changes that KZbin have made recently which has affected the sorting aspect of subscriptions on the TV app. We will report this to KZbin but thought we would mention it in case there are other viewers who are also having issues. Hope we can see you on the big screen soon. We do enjoy your videos. Cheryl and Mark. Australia.

Hi! Sorry that you are having problems. We had a glitch a couple of weeks ago. On the tv we couldn’t hear the speech also. We were using the surround sound speakers at the time. We changed to the TV speakers and everything was fine. I know your problem is probably totally different but it would be great if that’s all it was. Cameraman said to tell you that he spent some time in Australia. He used to work on the ‘Fairstar’. Said it was quite a famous Ship in its day. Thank you for watching and taking the time to let us know about the problem. We think is awesome that we have viewers from all around the world. Jana.

@@tnek6591 Hi Jana. Thanks for the tip about turning off the surround sound speakers. Unfortunately it didn’t work for us but we will keep searching for a solution. Cameraman is correct about the Fairstar being a famous ship in Australia. Cheryl’s cruise on the ship was in 1980. Who knows we may have been on the same cruise. 😀
@tnek65912 ай бұрын
@@RetirementRebelswe hope that you get that problem sorted out soon. Cameraman was on the Fairstar from November 79 until May 80. He worked in the Duty Free Shop. He says that he was the good looking one 😂

That must of been some omelette cos the croissant looked like a 2 out of 10 😂 it looked like a stale bread roll!! 🤣
@tnek65912 ай бұрын
Thank you for commenting. The croissant was absolutely fresh as was all the different breads and the biscuits. All the fruit was fresh too. If you add up the cost at a decent/upmarket breakfast place eg. coffee $4, orange juice $5 at least $12 for an omelette. On top of that there are potatoes of the day, oatmeal, yogurt, various cereals, all sorts of nuts and loads of fruit including some exotic ones. I think that $22 is a great price.
@jodivhomolka5542 ай бұрын
How much was the breakfast Buffett? Are they open for lunch or dinner too? Hours? Thank you!
@tnek65912 ай бұрын
The cost was $22 per person. It’s not a regular lunch and dinner place. They do cooking demonstrations and cooking classes. You would have to check with the Hotel about those.

What is a bond?
@tnek65912 ай бұрын
@@rolandosouffrain7957 it’s money they charge to each home, when new, that pays for the infrastructure to be constructed. Instead of adding to the price of the house they have it as a separate payment. You can pay it off right away or spread the cost over 30 years. That’s why you see Bond paid on some properties. For detailed information go to district gov.org
