This is the only CFM podcast that I really connect with! As a KZbinr I know how hard it is to carve out that time each week and commit to continual content. So grateful you both take the time each week to make these episodes. They enrich my life and fill my bucket every time. ❤

what'sstrange isyou're translating from the Greek. Who was Greek out of the apostles? ISn't there anything from the hebrew? So it went fr Hbrew to greek and Latin Why not the more pure sense the Hebrew?
@talkingscripture Жыл бұрын
The New Testament was written in Greek. The apostles most likely spoke Aramaic, and debates continue concerning whether they first dictated or wrote their works (or if they were even literate) in something besides Greek, after which the texts were produced in Greek. We do not know. Perhaps we never will. But what we currently have is the Greek. So that is what I am working from in Luke 8 regarding the discussion with Mary.

An interesting thought to think about is wheat always bows, tears always stands straight up.
