I’ve always been silent in my valleys and I usually function well but there was one time that choosing to be silent and alone drove me to a dark place. Lord knows it’s felt good to see the light again but it was not easy.

Hi Ladies and Tacklers. I see valleys as rest stops and times in your life that you are required to make a shift for growth and / or to escape the past of pain or bondage. Biblically, they call it the wilderness after the Hebrews had to escape Egypt. Regardless, we need to be realistic. How can we live always perform at the highest level, always elevating and pushing harder. Not even a piece of machinery can do that. Not to mention that we are surrounded by others who aren't cycling at the same rate as we are either. It simply requires us to have grace for ourselves, and most likely, that's when we lean on God to receive His grace, lessons, and blueprints for the movements ahead. We di need to be broken in order for God to put us back in the way He meant for us to be. Worldly success, oftentimes, does not mean that spiritually, we are in the peaceful rightful place we were meant to be. So by His mercy, that's when He can finally get our attention. Love you all.

I am so glad you shared the dictionary meaning of the word valley. A stream runs through the valley. Maybe our visits to the valley is just so that we can take time to be watered. Sometimes we need those Valley moments because we need what we get in the valley to manage the next climb ahead. So be like the wise virgins and fill your vessels with what you need to keep you on the next leg of the journey.

Hello Sisters, I'm a bit late but got here after a sisters day out myself, talking about our valleys . Just realised how calming your voices are, can listen to you for hours . Love this topic, truly believe in this part of our journey, acceptance make things so much easier, less stressful. Always nice sitting down and just listening and nodding in agreement in the sweet moments. ❤ God Bless ye all. 🤗💞 This was so profound, touches so many buttons, teary eyed with gratitude for His Grace.

“When I’m low in the valley I cry Lord lift me up, cause I want to go higher in thee. For nothing, grows high on a mountain. So he picked out a valley for me” This is part of a song 🎶 I love to listen to and sing when I am in my valley. It help to reground me, and as you ladies have said let me know I’m just passing through the valley. Thank you ladies for having this discussion. As so many of us are feeling low and sad. it’s good to be reminded this time will not last forever. 🙏🏾😍💯🤲🏾

This episode resonated with me so much, I was crying down the place man..l was feeling like the valley i was in was getting wider and it brought on the depression of thf loss of my sister who lived in Jamaica who passed on and May 7 would be 3 years..she was my confidante and i miss her so much because week spoke every week..and now i feel empty sometimes because i dont have anyone to talk to now..she passed during covid and her ashes are still in Jamaica and i have not seen my nephew either since, she had 1son. I understood Tami when you said about not praying anymore if God is hearing...and yes Tessi it feels barren...love that quote "sometimes when youre in dark place you feel buried but you are actually planted" sometimes youre out of the valley or so you think and then you just slip back into it. And ppl think you just mopeing around. But as Tessi said i dont need ppl to understand me i think in the valley is about me and God

I'm currently in my valley and I feel like it's been so long but listening to this video makes me feel so inspired. We tend to look at the valley in a disgust way, but the valley is that moment of preparation and grooming and the valley allow us to honor our mountain top experience and keep us humble. The valley can so be for our protection. We should really look at the valley in a better light. I could listen to you guys for hours. PLEASE KEEP IT UP

Absolutely wholesome awesome convo..I am honouring my scars because through it I now see situations and the world through different lenses."Growth." I've always thought that in every situation there are lessons to be learnt (all this was reinforced) and everything happens for a reason.I've grown and yes I realised how very strong I truly am. In my pain and anguish I accepted more how authentically, fearfully and wonderfully made I was.I accept I needed it to get from one point to another. And yes giving myself space and room "grace" because it's okay. I now encourage others to do so, to give thanks and be grateful always because yes my valley moments would have impacted them and are also learning lessons for them..Thinking pleasant, positive, happy thoughts and working my faith.🙏✌🏽♥️

They were on point today👏🏾 I found just gems to take away from this episode: I am definitely like that man Tess talked about being just “in the middle” but I do want to step out of my comfort zone, I am a little nervous about being my own boss and the success of it. I have always had a job working for a company or someone but stepping out on my own is something I have always wanted to do after this episode it’s made me look at being my own boss more exciting and Now I know I need to step out of my comfort zone and step out on Faith and just Do it, thank you ladies one again for your wisdom ❤

It really began for me many years ago when I was diagnosed with paranoid bipolar manic depression. I have dealt with it for a long time and my health has gone down for years and for the last 15 years my daughter has taken care of me and she is a true blessing in my life. It’s so hard dealing with it. You two are precious to me. Thank you for your time and your sweet words. I’m blessed and loved by god he always has my back and he will always be there for me. It has never been an easy spot but I have gained so much strength and personal encounters there. I have cried, I have been saddened but I have grown. In the valley, I have met God! I have been processed. I have been developed, and empowered. All in all, though I have never always liked it but I have learned to be thankful because it has always been for my good and God's glory.

This was needed. God gives grace to the humble and I see why you both emanate so much of His Grace! May you and your houses be eternally blessed. It is in our weakest moments that Christ has the opportunity to be our strength. It is in our darkest fears that God will shine bright with His truth. Valleys make us stronger and more resolved in knowing why we were created. They are our biggest blessings in life especially when they come in really ugly packages. I know I am late in commenting but Thanks for this space.❤

Ladies you are both a true blessing to this forum. This topic is so necessary for all. Remember God says we will go thru a valley and He promises us to be with us through all our valleys. We have to give our selves Grace and allow God to remove all our fears and doubts. But He will find us because He promises to never leave us no matter what. “ GRACE “ is Gods empowering presence that enables us to have, be, and do what He wants us to do. His unmerited Favor freely given to us. Btw Tammie just read your description and you mention it’s been 23 yrs doing your Vlog. Is that I typo.❤ you both are making a difference to all.
